🔗 BrSE(Bridge Software Engineer)

• 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 지식 + 언어 능력 + 문화 이해 필수

• 비즈니스 및 기술 요구사항을 정확히 전달·조율

■ 주요 업무

• 한국 고객사와 베트남 개발팀(Offshore) 간 기술 커뮤니케이션
• 프로젝트 전 단계 참여 (요구사항 분석, 개발, 테스트, 납품)
• 회의 통역 및 기술 문서 번역
• 기본적인 BA/PM 업무 및 이슈 후속 조치 지원

■  자격 요건

• 한국어 TOPIK 6급 이상 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자
• 한국 체류 가능한 비자(D10/F2/F5/F6 등) 보유
• BrSE가 되기 위해 IT 관련 지식을 추가로 학습하려는 의지
• SRS 이해 및 간단한 설계 문서 작성 가능
• 한-베 간 협업 경험 또는 문화적 이해
• 해외 출장에 결격 사유 없는 분

■  우대 사항

• IT 관련 전공 (학사 이상)
• 소프트웨어 개발 또는 PM 경험자
• 한국 고객 대상 프로젝트 또는 오프쇼어 협업 경험
• 한/베 양국어로 기술 개념 전달 가능

• 대한민국 (서울, 판교 등)

BrSE (Bridge Software Engineer)

A bridge role between domestic and international clients and the Vietnam development team

Requires software engineering knowledge, language proficiency, and cultural understanding

Accurately communicate and coordinate business and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Technical communication between Korean clients and the Vietnam offshore development team

• Participate in all project phases (requirements analysis, development, testing, delivery)

• Interpretation during meetings and translation of technical documents

• Support basic BA/PM tasks and follow-up actions for issues

Qualifications

• TOPIK Level 6 or above, with excellent Korean communication skills

• Hold a visa allowing residence in Korea (e.g., D10 / F2 / F5 / F6)

• Strong willingness to further learn IT knowledge to become a BrSE

• Able to understand SRS and write simple design documents

• Experience working in Korea–Vietnam collaboration or strong cultural understanding

• No restrictions on overseas business travel

Preferred Qualifications

• IT-related major (Bachelor’s degree or higher)

• Experience in software development or PM

• Experience with Korean client projects or offshore collaboration

• Ability to explain technical concepts in both Korean and Vietnamese

Work Location

• Republic of Korea (Seoul, Pangyo, etc.)
